We accept returns only for products that arrive **damaged** or if an **incorrect product has been sent by us**. An **unboxing video is mandatory** for all return requests. The video must be clear and continuous, showing the package being opened and providing sufficient visibility of the product and any damage.

Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The funds may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
